All others must first friend us on facebook by clicking the Friend me button above, accepting our friend request and sending us a friend request. Once we our friends, you will have access to the magic word on the facebook page and can enter this on the form together with your guest referral form submission. If ready go to the contacts page and enter the magic word and submit the form to be considered for a guest referral to the resort of your choice amoung those listed in the collections page.
Submit the Guest Request form indicating when you would like to travel, which resort you wish to travel to, which week you would like to travel ( blackout week is week 26 Christmas and New Years) , how many people traveling with you etc...
We will contact you by email acknowledging your request and send you an acceptance email and an official resort invitation to complete your reservation order.

Do not book your airfare until you have been approved for the lodging to make sure that your guest referral accomodation are available for the week that you want. Resorts book up early so when we recieve your request we confirm that there is availability at the resort for the requested week, and let you know if there is availablity for your selected week before you commit to airfare for the same week to the booked resort destination,. otherwise, you might buy airfare to a destination with no resort to stay at because its all booked up for the week that you want.

Tips for international travelers...

1. Be sure if travelling internationally that you have your passport up to date. If you do not have a passport you and your fellow travelers may need one when travelling to Mexico or the Dominican Republic, from the USA or other countries.
2. If travelling from the USA to Mexico or D.R. and you do not yet have your passport, there may be a same day expidited way of getting one if you have your airfare tickets in hand. Contact the passport office for more information about this expidited passport process and for further infomation about international travel and any passport requirements for the countries that you may be visiting.
